If you're not satisfied with Karigar ERP within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, we'll refund you 100% — no questions asked.
Simply email us at support@digitalhokage.in with your registered email and the reason for your refund request. We'll process it within 5-7 business days.
Refunds after the 7-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a prorated refund for unused months on annual plans. Monthly plan payments are non-refundable after 7 days.
The 14-day free trial does not require payment, so no refund is applicable during the trial period.
