By accessing or using Karigar ERP ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Karigar ERP is a cloud-based jewellery management software provided by Digital Hokage through BillBase. The service includes gold tracking, karigar management, reporting, and related features.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each business/shop should have one tenant account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in account suspension.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. After the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into Karigar ERP. We do not claim any rights to your business data. You may export your data at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or disrupt the service for other users.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days. After that, it will be permanently deleted.
